By accessing and using Coverify ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coverify is an AI-powered tool that allows users to generate social media covers and images from URLs or text inputs. We provide both free and paid subscription plans with varying features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

• Free Plan: Images generated under the Free Plan are for personal use only.
• Pro/Ultra Plan: Subscribers to paid plans are granted a commercial license to use the generated images for commercial projects, including client work and marketing materials.
• Platform Rights: Coverify retains all rights to the software, code, and design of the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coverify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
