2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with Coverify for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This refund policy is unconditional ("no questions asked").

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following details in your email to help us process your request quickly:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or Transaction ID

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received within the 14-day window, we will initiate the refund immediately. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
  • It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments unless you explicitly request it within the 14-day guarantee period.
